  I've been coming here for years. But my last two experiences weren't so great so I guess today will be my last time going. I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. I was the only customer when I walked in. When I was trying to select a nail polish a lady asked me if I wanted shellac. I said yes. She said to take a seat at a pedicure chair and she would bring me the shellac colors and she would select a color for my toes to match. So, I wasn't allowed to select my own toe color apparently. I ended up just getting a French on my toes then. Once I took a seat at a pedicure chair I was asked if I wanted a $25 pedicure or a $30 pedicure. I asked what the difference was and she said "longer massage for $30." I'm highly stressed at the moment which is why I went in for a pedicure. To relax. So I said I would do the $30 pedicure. The "longer massage" consisted of her punching on the side of my calves with her fists for 30 seconds. I kid you not. I paid $5 extra for 30 seconds of that. She also kept going back and forth between my feet and hands throughout the entire process. When trimming my toenails she hurt me. When doing my fingernails she hurt me. Then when all was said & done & it was time to pay she asked me how much I wanted to put on my card for a tip. Amazing. Normally I'll tip $10-$15 when I get both of these services at once. She's she charged me $5 extra for a 30 second massage, hurt me and rushed the entire process when I was trying to relax I gave her a $5 tip. But I didn't want to.
